Description

This service consists of providing kitchen and food services for companies, events or individuals. It includes preparing meals, planning menus and organizing buffets or receptions.

Working conditions: Motivating salary according to the regions. Possibility to choose the schedule according to its availability for punctual shifts, short, medium and long term.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Have a cooks diploma (only for chefs, for food clerks it is not necessary)
  • Preparing and cooking dishes or complete meals
  • Prepare meals for customers with food allergies or intolerances
  • Create menus, determine portions, assess food needs
  • Train staff in food preparation, cooking and handling
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen activities
