This service consists of providing basic care for the elderly, the sick or people with special needs. It may include assistance with toileting, assistance with taking medication, assistance with travel and companionship, while respecting their integrity and dignity, in order to contribute to their well-being.Collaborate with the team of nursing staff, as well as with the entire healthcare team by communicating useful information to them relating to the state of health of patients.Working conditions: Motivating salary according to the regions. Possibility to choose the schedule according to its availability for punctual shifts, short, medium and long term. Orientation shifts paid at half price. Possibility of transportation.Skills and Abilities:Hold a DEP of 750 hours (Diploma of Professional Studies) passed and recognized by the MELS in Assistance to the person in a health establishment or have a Certificate of 750 hours (accepted in certain regions).
Ongoing study in the Nursing or Health program with a few months of coursework completed may be accepted.
Experience of at least 6 months as PAB in a public establishment of the Quebec health network.
Have valid CPR card and PDSB. A good level of spoken and written French.
